We want you to love your purchase, so if you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. If your framed print is damaged during shipping, please email us at info@gabscanu.com or contact us via chat with photo verification (close-up and full-view images). Once the damage has been verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that all prints are custom-made to order, so we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Additionally, it’s important to double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as we are unable to reship or refund any items lost due to incorrect shipping details.
